Phillip Nguyen, the chief software engineer of the PAS Software (penny auction software) talked about the critical need of a Technical Blueprint. According to Phillip, "there is no silver bullet in software or website development" but if there is, there is one called "Technical Blueprint". He just can't emphasize enough of this. According to him "website development or software development cycle has many steps but the first step is defining the blueprint of the project. If you failed at this phase, it's most likely that your project will fail also."
